Shayna's Mango Salsa!

Delicious on a hot summer day, especially in green chile season!

This will feed 3-4 people. Multiply as needed.

You will need:

One Large Ripe Mango
One-Two Ripe Tomatoes
One Large Green Chile (or jalapenos)
One Lime
About a teaspoon of finely chopped Cilantro or Parsley

A sharp knife, cutting board, a bowl and a spoon. Also a stove or at least some fire.

First roast the green chile over an open flame until the skin is blackened. Rinse off the skin, cut off the top and rinse out seeds. Dice the chile, tomatoes and mango into medium size pieces. Squirt with the juice of the lime and mix in the cilantro or parsley. Serve slightly chilled with favorite tortilla chips.
