There are many perfect meals, here is just one tasty option. Lots of greens, protein and some fruit. Pretty balanced as well as delicious. Here we have a Black Bean Burger, Sweet and Sour Spinach Salad and Sauteed Crispy Okra and Sauteed Broccoli with Garlic. I will be posting how to make all of it in parts. 
 Note on recipes: I believe that exact recipes are for baking, but for cooking recipes are more loose and I almost never measure anything out.
